Thin walls, disrupting sleep. The steep walk back from town is a workout, so be prepared for that climb after a night out. Some rooms vary greatly in size, leading to disappointment if expectations aren't managed.

Recently refurbished and comfortable hotel in a stunning position in very quiet place.

Helpful staff, amazing views of mountain, everything is great. The location is fantastic, by nature. Also, it is near the center, a very quiet peaceful area, and eating places and parking issues.

The dining options in Fort William are plentiful! I adored the cozy room with comfy amenities like a kettle and microwave. The views of Ben Nevis were amazing, setting the scene for a magical stay.

Now, not everything sparkled, as the thin walls let a bit of chatter in from other guests.

The mountain views were fine, but the shower pressure was really low.

The bed was almost unbearable, springs creaking like an old man. And dont even get me started on the stained towels, how pathetic. I was expecting a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but all I got was disappointment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't with those issues ruining my stay.

Ben View offered us an lovely stay. The cozy room was cleaned to perfection, and we appreciated the little touches like the kettle to enjoy warm drinks while admiring the amazing mountain scenery.

Staying in the Double Room with Private Bathroom was a treat! The bed was super comfy, and having a fridge and microwave was a game changer. Loved the cozy vibe, clean surroundings, and those fine mountain views! Just a heads up-the town center is a hike away, though, if you're looking to explore. But honestly, that view makes up for it!

But seriously, a shower that dribbles like a toddler? Not my idea of refreshing! If you're feeling lazy, that hill back to the room is like cardio on steroids.

Wi-Fi was reliable, tv was great. No pets allowed was a plus.
